Aqua Marine recognise that yachting is a people business, and we place utmost importance on the calibre of crew we manage. It is vital that crew are suitably qualified, experienced and personable.

In order to achieve this, we provide a wide range of services including human resource management, training and personal development opportunities, ensuring crew salaries are within budget, crew travel and repatriation, health and safety, risk management and insurance. Our specialist management team include senior personnel with significant experience working within the ultra-high net worth hospitality, crew and travel business and can demonstrate expertise in these areas.

Our insurance expert arrange health cover for crew members, working with the owners to provide the best possible cover and ensuring that all crew members have access to health services both on board, during travel and while on shore leave.
